Learning Resource Center

Our JDS resource program provides services for students in many ways. For students who might be struggling in a particular area or have learning challenges, our resource rooms provides assistance and guidance. We offer support to the student on an individual basis as well as through small group instruction. Our professional staff sometimes works with students outside of the regular classroom - called a "pull out" system. And we also offer a "push in" system where our professional staff joins the regular classroom as additional support. The child's needs determine our course of action.

Our JDS resource program also provides enrichment opportunities for students who are excelling and require additional challenges beyond the typical classroom setting. Again, this is done in various ways and is determined by the needs of the child.
